Becoming A More Resilient Parent
Resilience is the ability to bounce back from a difficult time. Parents/Caregivers frequently model resilience for their children. Our actions - however small they may seem - can have a big impact on our children and their resiliency skills.
When: Tuesday, January 30th, 2024 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at Frank Murray Community Center. Childcare will be provided.

- Strategies to increase resiliency
- Fostering calmness, trust, and connection
- Positive relationships as the key to overcoming adversity, trauma, and toxic stress

Registration:
Registration is required. To register, please click "Register Now" above. About 1 week before the training, a virtual meeting link will be emailed to you. There is a group minimum needed to conduct this training. If there is low registration, this training will be canceled. If the training is canceled, you will be notified and offered to move your registration to a future training.
Certificate of Attendance: A certificate of attendance will be provided. A training evaluation will be emailed after the training. In order to receive a certificate, participants must first complete the training evaluation.
