What You Can Do

There are countless ways to get involved with our organization.

We want you to get involved, in the way that makes most sense for you – in your own way. You can make a difference in the lives of children and families through any of the following means.

It only takes one word, one conversation, one moment to make a difference in the life of a child.

  • The Georgia Center has been deeply impacted by the 61% reduction in federal funding from the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA). Please consider donating to help us continue working to champion the needs of sexually and severely physically abused children through prevention, intervention, therapy, and collaboration.

  • We are always in need of Volunteers to keep things running smoothly!

Do you have any special skills that every non-profit might need? Do you have a willing heart and able hands? We need YOU!

  • Do your organization support causes like the Georgia Center? Looking for next year's sponsorship opportunity?
Or do you just enjoy having a good time with like-minded people in a way that also happens to help hundreds of children a year?

Then Cheer for Children is right for you!

  • Become a part of our Statewide Prevention Initiative to train Georgians everywhere in child protective curricula- from abuse prevention to healthy parenting.

  • It's almost impossible to address the emotional needs of a child or family when they are hungry or struggling. Wish List items help bridge the gap to allow children to access our services from a place of comfort and care.

  • Don't miss out! Make sure you stay in the loop by joining our mailing list!
