via Zoom

Parenting comes with its challenges, but resilience can make all the difference. This training is designed to help parents and caregivers develop the skills needed to navigate stress, adapt to adversity, and build a strong foundation for themselves and their families. Participants will explore strategies for self-care, emotional regulation, and fostering a supportive environment that promotes resilience in both children and adults. By understanding the science of resilience and learning practical techniques, caregivers will leave equipped to handle life’s ups and downs with confidence and strength.

This training is very interactive and appropriate for parents and caregivers of children of all ages. We will discuss:

  • Our responses to stress
  • The impacts stress can have
  • Ways we can promote positive childhood experiences
