Covid Safety at the Cheer for Children Ball

The health and safety of our guests are of the upmost importance. We encourage all guests attending to be vaccinated and require all to wear a mask. The following plans have been put in place to help keep guests safe:

- Event capacity has been reduced by half
- Doors will be open to circulate fresh air
- Additional air purifiers will be brought in and used in the ballroom
- Masks are required and we will have masks available for anyone who forgets to bring one upon arrival
- We will be taking temperatures at check in
- Hand sanitizer will be available at the venue
- Using hand sanitizer and frequent hand washing will be encouraged
- Dinner will be plated and served to table to eliminate guests crowding at chef stations
- Tables will be spread out to enhance social distancing
- Outdoor space and foyer are available for guests to step out from ballroom
